Hotel

Bewhiskered is happy to announce our venue for this year is the Hilton Hotel Near Duke University.

Our block is not open just yet but here is some preliminary information for your consideration.

Room Deposit

A room deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit will equal one night’s room rate plus taxes. The hotel will be charging the card used to reserve the room manually. This means that the deposit will not be automatically taken from the card and may take two weeks for the card to be charged. If the card is unable to be charged the reservation may be canceled!

 

Early Departure Fee

If an attendee checks into their guest room and wishes to leave early they must pay an early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus taxes. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Attendees must cancel their reservation 48 hours before their reservation starts to avoid losing their deposit. Once canceled, the hotel must manually release the deposit back to the payment which may take two weeks to be processed. 

Cutoff Date

After December 14th, 2023 attendees will be unable to book with the con rate!
